Quality Standards Policy (QSP)
All ARTISTS must profess (in word and in deed) to being a Christian, which includes (but is not limited to)

(a)  belief in the existence, power, and ultimate authority in all
     matters physical and spiritual of the God of the Holy Bible,
     who is revealed in the personage of the Father (Jehovah),
     Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit (spirit of God);

(b)  acknowledgement of the teachings of Jesus Christ as
     recorded in the Holy Bible, and the ultimate authority of the
     Holy Bible as the one true physical record of the Word of
     God; and

(c)  acknowledgement that Jesus Christ is the one and only
     Savior of all mankind, and that all other claimants to the title
     (ie. Buddha, Mohammed, Allah, etc.) are frauds.

For the purposes of these documents, the following terms and definitions will be applied:

APPLICANT / APPLICANTS = The artist, band, musician, or other musical entity that applies for Godflower membership and services. In the case that a group of individuals (such as a band) applies to become a Godflower artist, the term APPLICANT shall be applied to the individual members as well as the group as a whole.

ARTIST / ARTISTS = The artist, band, musician, or other musical entity that receives Godflower membership and/or uses Godflower services. In the case that a group of individuals (suck as a band) become a Godflower artist, the term ARTIST shall be applied to the individual members as well as the group as a whole.

BASIC SERVICES = The services which Godflower Music Company agrees, and is obligated, to provide to all artists who are accepted into Godflower membership. See SERVICES page for details...

BREACH = The violation of one or more of the Terms and Conditions (TOS) or one or more of the Quality Standards Policy (QSP) by an artist or artists; or the failure to provide the promised Basic Services by Godflower Music Company.

DISSOLUTION = The ending of the professional relationship between Godflower and the artist, and/or the agreement between parties not to require the other to continue to meet the terms of said relationship.

GODFLOWER = Godflower Music Company, Godflower Publishing Company, and/or Godflower Records; whichever applies to the specific reference. All are divisions of KRUSADE MINISTRIES.

INDEPENDENT SOURCE = The service Godflower Publishing Company uses to verify information regarding ARTISTS and APPLICANTS for Godflower Membership.

INTENTION OF NONCOMPLIANCE = Official notification to one party that the other party disagrees with a portion or portions of the TOS and/or QSP, and intends either to dispute the item, or to dissolve the relationship.

NOTIFICATION OF ACQUIESCENCE = Official notification to one party that the other party acquiesces to their claim and repeals its previous claim or policy in dispute.

NOTIFICATION OF BREACH = Official notification to one party that the other party upholds its claim and intends either to enforce the claim or policy in dispute, or to dissolve the relationship.

QUALITY STANDARDS POLICY (QSP) = The policy of standards to which the artist(s) agree to be judged for admittance and continuation of Godflower membership and receipt of Godflower services and benefits.

SIGNUP = The point of time in which Godflower confirms the acceptance of an artist into membership. Confirmation is typically made via e-mail, but can also be made in writing through the USPS or other form of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TOS) = The agreement by which Godflower Music Company and the artist(s) base their professional relationship in regard to the usage of Godflower's services.

Term II - INTEGRITY IN LIFESTYLE
All ARTISTS must agree to live a lifestyle (both public and private) that honors God by striving to follow His teachings, commandments, and edicts as recorded in the Holy Bible. As followers of Christ, all ARTISTS must conduct themselves in a manner of Christian love and grace.
Term III - INTEGRITY IN MISSION
ARTISTS who perform must agree that the bulk (at least 90%) of its musical selections performed (per concert) include lyrics that refer to God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit, and/or present a specific teaching or doctine of the Holy Bible. None of the selections may contradict the Word of God or contain material that may be considered by Christians to be blasphemous or obscene.
ARTISTS who record musical projects must agree that the bulk (at least 90%) of its musical selections recorded (per project) include lyrics that refer to God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit, and/or present a specific teaching or doctine of the Holy Bible. None of the selections may contradict the Word of God or contain material that may be considered by Christians to be blasphemous or obscene. Godflower reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these terms.
Godflower Artists aren't just Christians who happen to be artists; they're Christian artists.
All ARTISTS must agree to take extreme care to insure that all vocals and lyrics can be clearly heard and understood, both in recording and in live performance. Printing of lyrics on recorded projects is recommended, but not required, as long as they are made available to the general public in another readily-accessible manner (ie. the Internet).

All ARTISTS must have a FAITH STATEMENT. Said FAITH STATEMENT may be patterned after GODFLOWER's FAITH STATEMENT or composed independently. A MISSION STATEMENT is also encouraged, but not required. If the ARTIST has a website, then the FAITH STATEMENT must be published therein, and made readily-accessible to the viewing public.
If an ARTIST has difficulty (technical or otherwise) meeting the terms of the QSP, GODFLOWER will make itself accessible to assist in accomplishing compliance.
